CURRENT SITUATION DUE TO THE PANDEMIC (COVID-19)

Due to the current situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries could take a little longer than normal. We will be working your order with the same speed as always. We will continue to work hard to be able to provide you with the best service.

PROCESSING TIME

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays (only working days). We recommend that you verify that all the information provided by you is correct, making sure that there are no errors in your delivery address, since it is not possible to make changes of any kind to the destination address once the package It has been removed from our facilities for delivery.

During a normal business week Monday through Friday, it takes 1-2 business days to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you order on a holiday or on weekends. Barring complications or special orders, most orders ship within two business days. Complications can include, but are not limited to, a mailing address that cannot be verified or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems processing your order, we will contact you immediately.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Rest assured that every item in your order will be professionally handled and packaged with the utmost care. Processing and delivery includes postage, distribution costs, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when warranted.
